What is the standard shipping time for heavy equipment?
Standard shipping for dumbbells, barbells, and plates typically takes 5-7 business days. Larger freight items like power racks may require 10-14 business days for delivery.
What is your return policy on weightlifting gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that due to the weight of the products, return shipping fees may apply unless the item is defective.
Are Nike Strength products covered by a warranty?
Yes, our products come with a limited warranty. Barbells and weight plates are covered against manufacturing defects, while racks and benches feature a structural warranty to ensure long-term durability.
Do you offer international shipping for strength equipment?

How do I maintain my barbells and plates?
To prevent oxidation, we recommend wiping down your barbells with a light coat of 3-in-1 oil periodically. For rubber-coated plates, simply wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. You can cancel an order within 30 minutes of placement; after that, the standard return process must be followed once the item arrives.
